Q: Can I cancel my booking?

A: Yes - Please refer to our Terms and Conditions. (T&Cs)

Q: Can I pay by credit/debit card?

A: Yes. Payment can be made over the phone, online via secure paypal with no account required or on the day of travel with prior approval. We do not charge any surcharges for credit/debit card payments.

Q: Can I pay in cash? 

A: Yes, Please pay the driver on day of travel in pounds sterling. We can by prior arrangement accept U.S.Dollars and Euros.

Q: Can I book for more than 6/8 passengers?

A: We can cater for larger groups of more than 8 passengers, and can offer a multi car discount. please request a quick quote.

Q: How early do I need to book my taxi?

A: We recommend you book your taxi at least 72 hours in advance. In many cases we are able to provide vehicles on much shorter notice so please email or call to check availability. Our preferred and quickest means of contact is via email.

Q: Are your prices per vehicle or per person?

A: All prices are per vehicle.

Q: Are there any hidden charges?

A: No. The price you receive from our quick quote team is the price you pay.

Credit card surcharges may apply if any, and are shown upfront before you book on line.

Q: Are you a licenced company?

A: Yes, we are registered and fully approved by Uttlesford District Council and Essex County Council who we supply transport for home to school transport, vulnerable adults and children with or without special needs. All our staff are approved with full enhanced CRB checks.

Q: What types of vehicles do you use?

A: We have a range of vehicles ranging from Saloons, Estates, MPV's and Executive cars including 6 seaters. Please click our cars for details.
